Mexico Guadalajara Hail Storm Results 6 Feet Of Ice – A Mexican city, Guadalajara on Sunday, in the middle of summer affected by a freak summer hail storm left up to six feet of ice.

Guadalajara, a Mexico City located north of Mexico and having a population strength of around five million, has been suffering summer temperature of around 31 Centigrade (88 Fahrenheit) in recent days.
Cars and vehicles were almost buried entirely in ice and children women were captured lying in the hailstones making snow angels. According to the state Civil Protection office, no casualties were reported, two people showed “early signs of hypothermia,”.
Nearly 200 houses and businesses reported are damaged by the former Hail Storm, and more than 50 vehicles were affected by the deluge of ice in hilly areas, some buried under piles of pellets.
Governor of Jalisco Enrique Alfaro Ramírez Tweeted:
“This Sunday, the first social reforestation took place at #BosqueLaPrimavera. Today 230 specimens of Pinus oocarpa were planted and 30 hectares with 13,250 new plants native to the protected natural area, only in this storm.”
“The most important of all is that so far there is no record of injured persons or human losses and that the work does not end until it returns to normal.”
“Very early, before going to the CDMX for the start of the National Guard, I was in the place to evaluate the situation and I witnessed scenes that I had never seen before: the hail more than a meter high, and then we asked ourselves if Climate change exists.”
“After an unusual hail in different colonies of the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara, mainly in Rancho Blanco and in the Industrial Zone, Jalisco Civil Protection personnel attended the situation from dawn.”
“In coordination with the Mexican Army and municipal authorities of Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque, the Government of Jalisco works on the cleaning and removal of hail on the public highway, as well as on the support of the citizens who suffered damages to their homes.”
