Sarah Palin’s Husband Todd Palin Files For Divorce – Sarah Palin’s husband Todd Mitchell Palin, 55, has apparently filed for a divorce from Sarah Palin, citing an “incompatibility of temperament” in seeking to end his marriage.

Todd Palin, 55, Alaska’s former first gentleman, asked to dissolve the couple’s 31-year marriage on Friday in Anchorage Superior Court. The paperwork was submitted on Aug. 29, eight days after the couple’s anniversary.
The former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate or her husband, Todd Mitchell Palin, 55, the “first dude” of Alaska reported the Friday filing, instead of using the initials for their full names, S.L.P. and T.M.P.,
The filing also includes a child custody jurisdiction affidavit. The Palins have five children, who have also lived in and out of the spotlight over the years, the youngest of whom is a minor, age 11, Trig, and asks for an equal separation of assets and debts.
The filing, first reported by the Anchorage Daily News, In a document filed Friday in Anchorage Superior Court, Todd Palin, 55, asked to dissolve the marriage, citing an “incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife.”
The two Sarah Palin, 55, served as governor from 2006 until she resigned in 2009 and Todd Palin, 55, the “first dude” of Alaska, have been married since 1988 and have five children: Track, Trig, Bristol, Willow and Piper. Todd Palin’s filing asks for shared custody of Trig, who has Down Syndrome. The couple’s daughter Bristol Palin briefly starred in MTV’s “Teen Mom” franchise but quit the series in April.
Todd Mitchell Palin, 55, has been a commercial fisherman, snowmobile racer, and oil worker, unlike his famous political wife, Sarah Palin, 55, has largely steered clear of headlines since she burst on the national scene during 2008 presidential election cycle.
