Tracy Morgan And Wife Megan Wollover Announce Divorce:
The actor-comedian Tracy Morgan announced his engagement to Megan Wollover on the Emmys red carpet in September 2012.
Morgan, 51, married Wollover, 33, in August of 2015, a year after Morgan was critically injured in a highway crash that occurred when a Wal-Mart truck slammed into the back of a limo Morgan was riding in. One man was killed in the crash that left the former “30 Rock” star and two friends seriously injured. As a result of his injuries, Morgan had to learn to walk again.
The 30 Rock star, 51, and Wollover, 33, share one daughter: 7-year-old Maven Sonae. He is also dad to adult sons Gitrid, 34, Malcom, 32, and Tracy Jr., 28, whom he shares with ex-wife Sabina Morgan.
The divorce news comes just three months after Morgan joked about using his downtime during the coronavirus lockdown to impregnate Wollover, 33, during an awkward interview on live TV, in which he detailed their role-playing bedroom exploits.
“Me and my wife have been quarantined (sic) in here for like three weeks, so she’s pregnant three times,” the funnyman boasted on U.S. breakfast show “Today.” “Every week she got pregnant, and we’re also role-playing a lot now…”
“She’s playing a young maiden whose grandfather was infected with coronavirus, and I’m the scientist who discovered the cure, and she’ll do anything to save her grandfather’s life, and I mean anything.”
Following “30 Rock,” Tracy Morgan has starred on the television comedy “The Last O.G.” since 2018. He has also lent his voice to episodes of various animated shows, including “The Simpsons,” “Green Eggs and Ham” and “Animals.”
