How Did King Kong Bundy Died – The Walking-Condominium’s Promoter and longtime friend David Herro says Bundy died on Monday. Herro posted on Facebook: “Today we lost a Legend and a man I consider family.” The cause of death and other details were not revealed.
King Kong Bundy Wiki – King Kong Bundy’s real name is Christopher Alan Pallies, who was born on November 7, 1957 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States. He was an American professional wrestler, stand-up comedian and actor. The King Kong Bundy was trained to wrestle by Larry Sharpe at the “Monster Factory” in Bellmawr, New Jersey. He started wrestling for the World Wrestling Federation as “Chris Canyon”.
He was known for “destroying opponents with his Avalanche Splash”. Bundy, “was so dominant that he demanded referees count to five when he pinned his opponents to show that there was no way they were getting up,” according to the WWE. The 6-foot-4 (1.93 meters), 458-pound (208-kilogram) wrestler made his World Wrestling Federation debut in 1981.
King Kong Bundy was best known for facing Hulk Hogan in 1986 in a steel ring cage match at Wrestle Mania 2, in which match the Legend King Kong Bundy lost unfortunately.
